5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to provide a valid phone number and delivery address and remain available to receive the parcel.

Repeated refusal of COD orders, providing false information, or intentionally placing fraudulent orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated time shown or communicated to the customer.

Delivery times may vary due to:
